Order & Shipment Assistance
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number and logistics provider details (EMS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). You can track the shipment status directly on the logistics company’s official website or through our order tracking tool on the website by entering your order number and email address.
If you need to modify or cancel your order (e.g., adjust quantity, change display specifications, or update shipping address), please contact us immediately. We can accommodate changes free of charge if the order has not yet entered production. For orders in production, we’ll work with you to minimize any potential costs and find the best solution.
We strive to deliver all orders on time. If your shipment is delayed due to logistics issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances, our support team will proactively monitor the situation, coordinate with the logistics provider, and keep you updated until your order arrives. We’ll also assist with customs documentation for international shipments to ensure smooth clearance.

Submit your sample request via our online inquiry form or email, specifying the target product (e.g., OB Character LCD, Medical LCD, Touch Panel) and project requirements. Our specialist will confirm details with you within 24 hours and initiate the sample arrangement.
Sample cost: For standard displays (TFT, OLED, meter LCD), we offer free samples for qualified bulk-order potential customers; customized samples require a reasonable development fee (refundable upon subsequent bulk order confirmation). Shipping fee: Born by the customer, and we’ll cooperate with your designated logistics provider or recommend cost-effective options (EMS, UPS, FedEx) to minimize your expense.
Standard samples: 3-5 working days after confirmation. Customized samples (e.g., high-brightness fuel dispenser LCD, elevator display): 7-10 working days, depending on the complexity of specifications.
Samples cover comprehensive testing items, including electrical performance (operating voltage, display logic), optical parameters (brightness, viewing angle, contrast), physical fit (dimension, connector compatibility), and basic environmental adaptability (normal temperature operation). Our engineers will provide a simple test guide to help you validate key indicators efficiently.
