From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, every link is implemented in accordance with international standards and strict inspection procedures. All our display products fully comply with ROHS certification, meeting environmental protection requirements of global markets and ensuring safe application in various end products.
To guarantee product quality and stability, we have built a state-of-the-art production base equipped with core equipment including two automatic solder paste printing machines, automatic surface mount technology (SMT) lines, reflow soldering machines, AOI inspection equipment, polarizer lamination machines, COG & FOG bonding equipment, three-in-one dispensing machines, drying equipment, backlight assembly lines, and an independent reliability testing laboratory.
Our professional quality control team conducts comprehensive inspections at every production stage—from incoming material testing (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), to final product inspection (FQC). The reliability laboratory is equipped with professional testing equipment to perform high-temperature, low-temperature, humidity, vibration, and aging tests, ensuring that each display product can withstand harsh working environments and maintain stable performance.
Building on our advanced equipment and strict QC, we follow a rigorous three-stage production process for display products:
- Array: Precision ITO film deposition and photolithography
- Cell: Alignment layer coating, cell lamination, and liquid crystal injection
- Module: SMT assembly, polarizer lamination, backlight integration, and AOI inspection
Every step adheres to ISO9001 standards, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance across all batches.
